Interactive Meeting Participation
Text, E-mail, or Tweet Your Questions to Speakers • Educational sessions with eQuestions offer enhanced audience participation through the use of web and mobile technologies. At any time during the session, attendees can send questions to faculty via text (SMS), e-mail, or Twitter. Floor microphones will also be available. After a successful pilot program at the 2010 Annual Meeting, the number of the sessions offering eQuestions has expanded. To find sessions offering this technology, look for the “eQuestions” designation following the session title.
More Options for Live Meeting Feedback • ASCO is committed to making every attendee’s experience great. If you’re experiencing an issue with any aspect of the Annual Meeting, e-mail a message to ASCO Staff at AMHelp@asco.org and they will promptly investigate and address your issue or concern. You can also give feedback to ASCO Staff members onsite (look for the blue “Staff” ribbon) or at the Annual Meeting Information Desks, located throughout the convention center.
